Depending on the nature of the service provided to the Consumers/Participants, OZZYGROUP TRAVEL transfers this data to third parties for marketing purposes—such as informing them about activities, sales, special offers, discounts, and campaigns related to the requested services, both domestically and/or abroad—and ensures the security of this data.

OZZYGROUP TRAVEL undertakes to conduct announcements, advertisements, or promotional activities—including sending emails, SMS, or catalogs—via communication channels such as e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, or home addresses shared by the participants who purchase services, in compliance with the "Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce." By signing this contract, the Consumer/Participant consents to receiving communications from OZZYGROUP TRAVEL sent to their contact information.

Consumers/Participants have the right to opt-out of these announcements. OZZYGROUP TRAVEL undertakes to terminate email, SMS, and postal communications free of charge upon notification by the Consumer/Participant, provided such notification is sent to OZZYGROUP TRAVEL’s corporate email address at info@ozzygrouptravel.com or via any other method requested by the Consumer/Participant.

Should you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to OZZYGROUPTRAVEL.COM in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller," OZZYGROUPTRAVEL.COM will finalize your request as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In such a case, OZZYGROUPTRAVEL.COM may charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
