Smoking Policy

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, our ships are designated as non-smoking; however, we recognize that some of our guests smoke. Therefore, to provide an onboard environment that also satisfies smokers, we have designated certain public and private areas of the ship as smoking areas. Smoking in public areas is only permitted in designated smoking sections which vary by ship.

2.Cancellation Conditions

*If there is more than 30 days to the departure time of the tour, the fee paid by the participant is refunded without any deduction, excluding the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations (compulsory travel health insurance, non-refundable payments).

Between 30-21 days, 85% deduction is made and the remaining amount is refunded. The full cost of the tour from 20 to 0 days will be a penalty and non-refundable.
