OPTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

You need to make a 50% percent pre-payment to book one of these tours. Bookings are not valid if 50% payment is not done. If the tour book date is less than 1 month, the full cost of the tour is paid.

For tour packages including domestic flights, you need to book at least 1 month before tour start date. If there is less than 1 month to tour start date, if the price diffrent we will reflect the flight fare difference to the prices.

The prices are only valid for packages.

COACH TRANSFER :

For 8 pax van        : Maximum 4 persons.     
For 14 pax van      : Maximum 8 persons  

 For 27 pax van      : Maximum 20 persons   

For 45 pax Coach : Maximum 40 persons

Our vehicles are fully equipped with A/C, refrigeration, clean, comfortable and brand new or latest models. Our vehicles are disinfected every day according to the Covid-19 rules. 

ACCOMMODATIONS:
We use mostly 4* and  5* or boutique hotels for your convenience and comfort.

MEALS:
Meals are mostly served as Set Menu or Open Buffet Style. If you have meal preferences or special diet requirements, please inform us before

TIPPING:
It is not a  -must- to tip on our tours. However, if you are satisfied with the services provided by driver and the guide, you may consider tipping them accordingly as 3 EUROS for the guide and 2 EUROS for the driver. It is customary in Tourism industry in line with customer expectations and we inform our personnel to provide the best of our services whether or not tip is given.
 

AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICES:
We provide your airport transfers for arrival and returns. Please, provide us the flight details when purchasing the tour for proper arrangements with flight code, destination, date and arrival timing. Our airport officer will be present to Welcome you after you pass the customs, luggage claim and greet you with a name board outside the gates.

The rules of hotels, airlines and transfer companies are valid for cancellation and refund. In general ;

From the tour start date;

Free cancellation 20 days before

For cancellations made 19 -15 days before, 50% is deducted and the remainder is refunded. 

For cancellations made 14-10 days before, 75% is deducted and the remainder is refunded.

10- 100% deducted for cancellations made 1 day before, no refund.

Free cancellation in case of force majeure such as death, covid (if flight is not allowed due to covid). reflect the flight fare difference to the prices.
